Informal. Intimate. Ethnic.
Comfy pillows on the floor, simple international rice meals, African chai, ethnic musicians, God stories from around the world, great friends and great conversation. January 30: His Treasure Your Treasure
Speaker: Bota Davletova
Bota says that she was blessed to be born in the Republic of Kazakhstan. God revealed Himself to her at a time of spiritual battle not only in her home, but in many other Kazakhs' homes. These were the years when the Truth overcame the spiritually blind perceptions of many Soviet people. The Strongest One had a wonderful journey planned for Bota and her family. She and her mother both came to the Lord several years ago. She trusts that His perfect timing for the rest of her family is near. Since the time of new birth, God has opened her heart further to His love and grace and a verse that holds special meaning for her is "seek first His kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you" (Matt. 6:33)
