Volunteer Work Projects

If you're a Canadian looking for ways to make a difference, consider a volunteer work project with Wycliffe Canada, at a regional office within Canada or at various locations overseas. Your skills are needed to help provide God's life-changing Word for people around the world.

In Canada, local volunteers are needed to assist Wycliffe teams around the country. And, you don't need to be an expert in linguistics or translation to make an impact!

If you're a Canadian looking to serve in a missions volunteer work project overseas, we can help you find the best fit for your skills and interests. You can serve for a few weeks or several months. The program is tailored to suit your needs wherever possible, but some flexibility may be required.

Whether you work in an office, a school or a kitchen, you can make a significant contribution to the task of Bible translation. For more information, contact us today.

Update: Accommodation needs in Calgary and across Canada

If you have a spare bedroom, and could occasionally host a Wycliffe staff member in your home, please contact us today. Accommodations are needed for singles and couples who are in town to attend Wycliffe staff meetings or conferences. Just let us know how many you would be willing to host, and for how long. Hospitality homes are needed elsewhere in Canada too, for Wycliffe staff who are travelling or in need of some "R & R" away from home. If you'd like to be involved in this much-needed ministry, send a note to hospitality_roster@wycliffe.ca
