The purpose of this project is to encourage local involvement, thereby meeting administrative needs of the work in Mozambique. SIL, Wycliffe's main field partner, has staffing needs in Mozambique that the limited number of missionary staff is unable to fill. There are qualified nationals who can take on some of these jobs, leaving the trained SIL members to fill the linguistic, translation and literacy needs. SIL Mozambique increasingly needs to, and will, employ well-qualified nationals to join the workforce. This will be not only in administrative roles, but also in the respective projects.

La raison d’être de ce projet est d’encourager l’implication locale, comblant ainsi les besoins administratifs de l’œuvre au Mozambique. SIL Mozambique a des besoins de personnel que les membres missionnaires ne peuvent combler. Il y a des nationaux qualifiés qui peuvent prendre certains de ces postes, libérant ainsi le personnel formé de SIL pour combler des besoins dans le domaine de la linguistique, de la traduction et de l’alphabétisation. De plus en plus, SIL Mozambique doit embaucher des nationaux qualifiés pour joindre leur équipe, et on le fera. Ces gens occuperont non seulement des postes administratifs, mais aussi des positions dans leur projet respectif.

世界少數語文研究院 (SIL) 在莫桑比克的辦事處有若干的行政職位空缺，需要合資格的當地同工填補，以便讓 SIL 的宣教士可專注於翻譯、語言學及識字教育方面的工作。此項目的目的是要動員更多具資格的當地人加入 SIL 的團隊，支援行政及其他方面的需要。
